Brady served 26 years in the US Army as an Army Ranger, and as a Officer in the MN Army National Guard. He has also earned two Masters degrees--in Clinical Social Work and Child Psychology. Brady retired from Military service after returning from a deployment to Iraq in 2010, and started his photography company. Through his passion for photography and storytelling, he grew quite a following. He eventually explored the idea of video production, and the idea of Anderson Hughs began.
Rick is passionate about business and the opportunity to turn ideas into reality. Rick started his career in radio, working first in the Twin Cities. During that time, he also started his own fundraising company that grew to $27 million in sales. His passion for people eventually led him to explore the idea of video production. The new venture with Anderson Hughs has been exciting and Rick is really looking forward to growing this business not only regionally, but nationally.
Jenny worked as a mental health counselor for several years. As fulfilling as it was to interact with and help children, it was time for a change--a 180 in a more creative direction. Jenny discussed the vision of what would become Anderson Hughs Production, and was excited to have the opportunity to be a part of a cutting-edge Video Production Company.
Lydia is a Stearns County native who graduated from the FSU College of Motion Picture Arts. She grew her career in Film & TV working in NYC and LA, notably on ABC’s "Modern Family," and as Director Gail Mancuso’s Assistant. Focused on story, aesthetic, and sharing clients’ perspectives through film, Lydia appreciates the up close learning experiences that she has had throughout her career, and the unique opportunity she has with Anderson Hughs: to create world class media in her own hometown.
Sarah is a graduate in videography. Sarah's experience entails a variety of media roles: live streaming events, creating animations, and producing video content before finding a home with Anderson Hughs Productions. Sarah has a passion for helping bring client's ideas to life.
Fernando is a 3D Animator and VFX Producer with more than 20+ years of experience in audiovisual projects. He also has extensive experience with 3D Productions for Disney's "Handy Manny" films, as well as Nickelodeon´s "The Adventures of Chuck and Friends." Fernando is passionate about 3D Character Animation for 3D series and films.
James graduated in 2018 from Cathedral High School, then attended The University of Minnesota-Duluth where he studied finance. At Anderson Hughs, James specializes in real estate photography and video production sales. In his free time, James enjoys attending sports events, going to concerts, hunting, and fishing. His role with Anderson Hughs is something he takes great pride in and is looking forward to helping the company grow in all directions.
Richard is a Graduate of Central Lakes College where he pursued his lifelong interest in film with a Degree in Videography, and was nominated for an Emmy for his work on a Central Lakes Newscast. Always willing to learn new things, Richard loves a chance to expand his skills with cameras, editing programs, and computers. When not editing, Richard can be found reading comic books, cooking up great meals, skiing, or at conventions, searching for collectibles and talking with his favorite creators!
